sakit lutut? tua sangat dah ke aku?

aku tak ingat sejak bila aku start rasa sakit tapi memang dah bertahun aku susah nak luruskan kaki kalau dah bengkok. even after driving aku akan rasa sakit. tapi aku still buat bodoh je. lepas 2-3 minit hilang la sakit nya. then first day bangun sahur puasa tahun ni tak pasal-pasal lutut aku sakit. pelik la pulak tapi aku still buat bodoh, 2-3 minit lagi hilang la ni..but sampai pukul 9 pagi lutut aku makin berdenyut and dah rasa payah nak jalan. tak bole jadi ni.. siap-siap terus drive gi hospital.

orthopedic pulak cuti sambut puasa hari tu so aku jumpa doktor biasa je. x ray result nampak tulang lutut aku ok je takde patah ke apa ke. so doktor tu bagi aku painkiller je and set appointment jumpa ortho 2 days later. masa ni aku memang dah tak bole bengkok lutut langsung. sakit yang tak pernah aku rasa selama ni. korang pernah pasang apa-apa barang pasang siap yang korang kena luruskan tiang dia sampai dengar bunyi "ktak"? macam tu la bunyi lutut aku kalo aku cuba luruskan bila dah bengkok. terpaksa call my sis & julie to pick me up. absolutely can't drive.

 

2 days after that aku jumpa ortho Dr Bazam Abd Rani. after several test dia suspect maybe "cartilage" ataupun "plica" yang buatkan aku sakit.

but both tak bole confirm unless aku buat MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging). disebabkan aku takut sangat masuk spital & nak try other options beside operation, doktor bagi aku try ubat for 2 months. normally makan ubat dah boleh ok sebab i'm not supposed to get "osteoarthritis" lagi at this age.

 

apa punca semua ni? SPORTS adalah salah satu punca. our cartilage can consider as wear & tear. makin lama mmg akan makin nipis kalo tak betul-betul jaga. tapi bole jadi jugak masa sports ataupun aktiviti lain kita lupa lutut kita ni. wrongly twisted, jatuh, macam-macam lagi bole jadi punca. macam aku, semua benda aku try. aku pun tak ingat dah aku pernah jatuh or whatever sebab lasak sangat. hehe so guys, sayangilah lutut anda! haha
